Shipping Rate

Shipping of all Australian Nutrition and Sports products is done with care.
Shipping rates are charged based on calculation of the weight and the volume of your order, to your specified destination. The rate is shown as ‘shipping cost’ in the checkout.

Additional fees may apply for residential or remote areas.

Standard Shipping is free for registered members of on all orders over $1000 within Hong Kong.

Sign up to become an Australian Nutrition and Sports member and access free shipping on orders over $1000 within Hong Kong.

Despatch and Delivery

We will despatch your order within two working days and try our best to deliver products within 5 working days to the address specified by you during the purchase process. You will be able to view your order tracking number in the My Orders section of your account – This tracking number can be used for shipping status enquiries. Delivery times will vary based on location.

Hong Kong Shipping

For your convenience, shipping within Hong Kong is generally carried by Hong Kong Post, though we may opt to use an alternate service where necessary.

If you are not at home when the products are delivered, Hong Kong Post will leave a card at your home advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product. Your parcel will then be available to be collected at your local post office.


Store Pick Up

For store pick up, your order will remain available for a maximum of 31 days from the time you receive an order confirmation notification. Orders not claimed after that will be canceled and is non-refundable. For more information please contact Online Customer Care.

Returns and refunds

We will not cancel or refund an order based on ‘change of mind’. We will replace or reimburse you for any product which has been delivered to you and is faulty or damaged. If you wish to return such a product, we request that you do so through our ‘Contact Us’ page.

We ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a backorder or a full refund.
